Spancer is an adrenaline junkie. Anything that gets you from 0 to 100 in the quickest way possible, he’s gonna do it. However, when it came to fitness, he was a late bloomer. Injuries acquired from skateboarding and free running in his youth shifted his scope towards developing a body that was not just aesthetically pleasing, but resilient to any kind of physical movement. This journey has had him dabbling in various fields, from NFL training to boxing to powerlifting and bodybuilding, leading up to becoming a certified strength and conditioning coach.
Fun Fact: Spancer is also a performing artist, acting in various films and TV series. He has also been the lead stunt performer at Universal Studios Singapore’s Waterworld. A massive music addict, he also drops rhymes as rapper Killarcci.”
